Antaros Medical to discuss how to successfully implement MRI in clinical trials at ISMRM & ISMRT

Iris Friedli, Senior Director MR Imaging @ Antaros Medical will be presenting at the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) and International Society for MR Radiographers & Technologists (ISMRT) Annual Meeting and Exhibition. This year’s meeting takes place from 3-8 June in Toronto, Canada.

Iris’ presentation will form part of the symposium “Clinical Trials Demystified: Who are all the stakeholders when MRI is used?”. The symposium will comprise of several presentations that will focus on various aspects of incorporating MRI into clinical trials for drug development from the perspectives of different stakeholders.

MRI can be a valuable tool in drug development, especially for informing decision-making. However, there are some important components to consider when implementing imaging into large-scale, global, multi-centre clinical trials. Iris will present “Multi-center clinical imaging trials: striking a balance between fidelity and feasibility” with emphasis on how to do this in a way that ensures fidelity, reliability and feasibility.
