Together the panel of speakers will discuss the complexity of weight loss, what we understand about the underlying mechanisms, and what we have learnt from bariatric surgery and previous clinical trials in the metabolic field. They will also cover how advanced imaging techniques such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET) can help us to better understand what is happening under the lost kilos.
