Antaros Medical talks about functional imaging, MASH, fibrosis, and multiorgan dysfunction at the Kolkata Liver Meeting

Lars Johansson, CSO at Antaros Medical, will present at the 8th Kolkata Liver Meeting over the coming days. The Kolkata Liver Meeting (KLM) is organised every 2 years by the Liver Foundation, West Bengal (LFWB) and this year’s theme is Biomarkers in Liver Diseases. Bringing together clinicians, scientists, and leading experts to discuss the latest developments in liver research and to exchange ideas, this year’s meeting takes place from 16-18 December at the JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata.

Lars will present 3 times throughout the course of the meeting. His talks will cover different topics such as fibrosis and multiorgan dysfunction, yet will relate to how imaging of the liver is advancing and how innovative methods can be used to further disease understanding. Today Lars will present “Functional imaging of the Liver: Exciting Developments” and “NASH and Metabolic Disease: Multiorgan dysfunction assessment with imaging”. He will also present on Saturday December 17 with a talk titled “Imaging Innovations in Fibrosis – Context of NASH”.
